B. H. Hoang, OD
Dr. Hoang graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1998 with dual Bachelor's degrees in Microbiology and Chemistry. He then obtained his Optometry Doctorate in 2003 and subsequent ocular disease residency from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. After graduation, Dr. Hoang practiced in various clinical settings in Seattle, WA for 3 years before relocating to the Dallas area in 2006 to join a refractive surgery center. He enjoys the medical aspects of optometry with primary interest in the cornea. Dr. Hoang recently joined Williams Eye Care in the summer of 2010.
Dr. Hoang is interested in music, running and anything barbequed.

Nneoma Nwachukwu, OD
Dr. Nneoma Nwachukwu (Wa-choo-koo) received a degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Oklahoma College of Optometry, Northeastern Oklahoma State University, Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
She has extensive experience in family eye care, including comprehensive eye examinations of patients of all ages, diagnoses and treatment of eye diseases, ocular injuries and visual system disorders. Treatment and recommendation of different ocular disorders include the use of laser, prescription drugs, contact lenses, glasses and vision training. Dr. Nwachukwu is also very knowledgeable and proficient in the use of the most recent technology as a tool in the diagnosis of ocular disorders.
Dr. Nwachukwu is a Texas board certified Therapeutic Optometrist and Glaucoma Specialist. Professional membership includes American Optometry Association, Women in Optometry (WIO). Dr. Nwachukwu takes pride in providing the best care possible to all her patients. She’s happily married with three beautiful children. Dr. Nwachukwu enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.

James Williams, OD
Dr. James A. Williams received a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Tennessee. He graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. In 1990, Dr. Williams opened a practice at the Collin Creek Mall in Plano, TX accumulating over 60,000 patients. He expanded his practice in 2000 to include a location at the Stonebriar Centre in Frisco, TX, and a third office in 2010 at The Village of Fairview, TX. Dr. Williams shares his time between the three locations. He works at the Collin Creek office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, Fairview on Wednesdays, and the Frisco location on Fridays.
He is involved with Luxottica's Onesight program on international mission trips delivering free eye care each year. He has donated time in Romania, Guatemala, India, and Mexico over the last several years. His next trip will be to Thailand in 2011. Additionally, he spends time with his family and Church community.
